Quick and dirty FAQ

A. You can see my revision policy here.

Q. Can you travel to our studio location?

A. I am able and willing to fly to Los Angeles, New York, & San Francisco. I may be open to other locations should there be a need for on-site recording.

Q. What kind of equipment do you have in your studio?

A. TLM 103 | Studio Bricks VO Edition | MOTU M2 | A seat I got from Target

Q. What kind of technology do you use?

A. MacBook Pro M1 14” | Twisted Wave for recording | Source Connect | Skype | Zoom | Teams | Discord. I can pretty much utilize any program that you’re needing me to use, but prefer Source Connect due to the quality of the service.

Q. who did your demo recording?

A. The one on Voice123 is self produced, and I’m afraid you can definitely hear that in the quality of the recording. I am currently working on getting my professional demo completed. Once that’s done, it will be posted on this site and Voice123.

Q. I want to get started in voice acting. how do I do that?

A. My first piece of advice is to take acting / improv classes. The ‘acting’ part of ‘Voice Actor’ is extremely important. It’s great that you can do a dead on impression of Bugs Bunny. But can you do Buggs Bunny as Daffy Duck as interpreted by Elmer Fudd? Characters need to have a soul and the voice is just one part of that equation.

Once you’ve taken a few acting classes, I would seek out coaches to help build up your knowledge in how to perform in a booth, and how to apply your acting prowess being a microphone.
